1000 post spammage--my version
Jun. 18th, 2004 10:11 pmIf this isn't an occasion for the sparkly icon, I don't know what is...
Anyway, because I'm always up for some entertainment and comments *snicker*, if you'd like to participate in my version of the 1000-post meme (dude, when did I become such a memesheep?) currently making the rounds of my flist, you have two options.
1. Post something random. Maybe a link to a story you liked that we can subsequently squee over. A random comment is fine. Whatever works.
2. Comments round-robin. Take the beginning of this story and continue it.
It was a dark and stormy night. Remus and Sirius were at Remus's house, watching the lightning flash across the sky and listening to the thunder roll.
"Let's go outside, Moony," Sirius suggested suddenly, looking away from the window.
Remus blinked, taken aback. "But it's storming!" he protested.
"So?" Sirius asked, then grinned mischievously and darted from the room, heading for the front door. Now your turn!
And as added incentive, I will write custom-ordered fic (as long as there is no Remus/Snape, Remus/Tonks, or James/Sirius requested) for whoever posts comment #1000. I will drabble for whoever gets comments 100, 200, 300, etc. Be sure to announce it, if you're the person with any of those comment numbers, as I'll probably miss it myself.

Date: 2004-06-19 02:22 am (UTC)Our political affiliation is Confused. Some parts are really conservative, others are really liberal. Where I live is fairly liberal, so it definitely surprises me about the lack of controversial movies at Blockbuster.
Man, you should have attacked his bus. At least you don't live under the rule of two Bushes, though. Jeb is my governor. >

Didn't see any bus--saw his helicopter, though, towards the end of my interview.

Date: 2004-06-19 02:36 am (UTC)I can so think of replies to the "Yes, America can!" thing. Most of them completely inapproprite as well as impossible, being as America's a country and rather...inanimate.
