My God, people, I'm completely flabbergasted that you're all so supportive! I love all of you, very very much. I resisted getting online today until eleven pm (hee, played through the whole second disc of FFIX in the meantime) because I didn't want to see all the angry/disappointed emails I was sure would be there...and then I log in to my email and to livejournal, discover that only two people have defriended me (one I know for legal issues--dammit, I hate being underage!--though I'm not sure about the other) where I was expecting a lot more, and that every single email I got about that post yesterday has been supportive of me. I don't cry, and I seriously started bawling as I read all those, and the supportive entries flocked to me here on lj, and just...God. *hugs* All of you are the best, really. I haven't heard from anyone FA yet, but unless I hear otherwise, I'll just assume that they're letting me keep my positions of eMentor and coder. I hope so, at least. And at least now you know how I've had so much time to do all that--dude, high school is not that hard, even with three AP classes, and I've managed to maintain As/Bs in all of them, even with spending so much time online. I think I should be able to do the same next year, especially considering I'll only have three classes at RHS one semester and four the other (though I will hopefully be taking Japanese at UNR! *crosses fingers* Am last in priority, being a non-degree student, so I don't know...)

But yes. I love you all and really appreciate your support. I've replied to a bunch of you tonight already (though considering the time, this morning rather), and will finish my replies probably this evening (as, eeep! It's past three am and I should be in bed). I have someone's graduation party to go to tomorrow...

So again, thanks. And goodnight.

No, there's no age requirement for being an eMentor (well, aside from being over thirteen, but you have to be over thirteen to do much of anything on the internet :p), but yeah, I much prefer being honest. I figure that it's more likely that people will trust me that way, and the big reason I was so scared was because I thought that people wouldn't trust me as much anymore. I don't think age matters, but lying does, to me :p.
