I was rereading the last 200 pages for the fifth time last night (ahahaha dude I love that climax), and who agrees with me that the chapter "The Flaw in the Plan" should be retitled "Deeper Magic from Before the Dawn of Time"?

Oh yes - without a doubt. But then, as we have seen in DH and in the past, JKR does not scruple to build on what others have done/written.
And that's probably why the books took off so well - there was something familiar about them.
