velesia. We rented Serenity, which I hadn't seen before. Why did I not see it before?
I liked Mal. A lot. And Kaylee. And River.
I liked the movie, though I don't think it'll become an obsession. But Twin andvelesia assured me that the show is better. If I can ever get my hands on that, maybe I'll have a new fandom.

Although I understand why you didn't pick him out, he's more the stolid brotherly supporter in the movie than the dorky, awkward, brilliant, smishable doctor he is on the show. And Kaylee's much more loveable in the show, in my opinion :)
