Oct. 27th, 2005 11:07 pmDespite any reports to the contrary, I am alive!
So. *coughs* Hi! Especially to you people who came from the Friending Frenzy thingy--but I'm sure you'll find that I'm not the most interesting of people. Lately I've been writing a ton more fic than journal entries (which I doubt any of you would mind, except that only about five hundred words of it, out of fifty thousand, are HP), but I hope to be better at being around now.
My continued absence this time has been due to midterms (well, one test and an essay), and our school's production of Romeo and Juliet, which I am stage crew for. Meaning basically that six hours of my day, basically my entire evening, for the past two weeks, has been spent running around and moving things backstage, and while I can do most homework backstage, my Computer Science assignments rather require my computer, which I couldn't bring, and so I'm not doing so well in that class. Bugger. Oh well, there's still a month and a half left, so I've got time.
To try and get back into the HP spirit of things, so to speak, I've signed up for this year's
shackinup_sesa, and I can't wait to get my assignment. I haven't written R/S in like, eight months. It's sorta depressing.
Anyway, people new to my journal (and old friends as well, if you like), tell me about yourselves! Your favorite fic, your favorite thing to see in fics, random facts about you, whatever. :)

Date: 2005-11-04 04:56 am (UTC)I don't think there's Midsummer Night's Dream for summer term, but I do think they're doing it next year or the year after for fall...

Date: 2005-10-28 03:13 pm (UTC)I'm glad you're getting involved in non-academic things. It must be hard work, but I'm sure it's cool.
I'm doing the SESA too. I don't know why. Caffeine-deprivation makes me do weird things. :)
