Swordfighting started again tonight. Well, technically it started last week, but as I'd already made plans to work on a school project when someone told me, I only got to start again tonight. And didn't it just figure that I was sick when I go back? *sigh*

Pairings meme. Dude, I really am a memesheep when I'm sick.

1. The pairing you first fell in love with: Remus/Sirius. The first pairing I liked enough to go searching out more fics for it was Ron/Hermione, but then I fell in love with the puppies and just never looked back. They're what brought me into fandom.

2. The pairing you never expected to love as much as you do now: Well, the only pairing that I actually love is R/S, and I didn't really expect to love it this much. At one point (don't you dare laugh, as this is true), I refused to read a fic that had the summary of "Sirius and Remus are together again, and there's hope for Sirius's future" (written pre-OotP, of course) because I thought it was R/S slash and I believed that Remus and Sirius were straight. :p (And very ironically, that particular fic just has Remus and Sirius as friends, and the author doesn't believe they were anything more) So yeah, I didn't really expect to fall so much in love with R/S that I'm practically obsessed with it.

3. The pairing everyone else loves that you don't: Harry/Hermione. Also Harry/Draco and nearly every single other Gryffindor/Slytherin ship, especially Remus/Snape. *winces at very idea of Remus/Snape* Harry/Hermione just boggles my mind as I can't see how anyone can think that they're in love or are going to fall in love (and I know the arguments, very well. I just really disagree with them and think they don't mean H/Hr is in the cards). And H/D...I see no UST, or whatever. But then, I think Draco may very well be my least favorite character in the entire series...

4. The pairing you love that everyone else hates: Well, R/S is still the only pairing that I love, and it gets a lot of hate...more people like it/are neutral to it than hate it, I think, but still. Does it count? I don't think I have any hated ships.

5. The pairing you used to love but don't any longer: Again, I didn't fall in love with any ships before R/S, but pairings that I used to like and now can't even look at...Remus/OFC and Sirius/OFC. I almost regret it, as Thing1 has some damn good R/OFC and S/OFC stories, but...nah. I love my R/S too much. :p
