Pick your top five (or less, if you can't think of that many) favorite pairings, and rec one story for each, by writers that are on your friends list. If there's no one on your flist that writes that pairing, then rec the first story that comes to your head.
Remus/Sirius:
Mapmakers by
casirafics, PG-13.
Remus/Harry:
Being the First by
copperbadge, R.
Lily/James:
Round the Curves by
musesfool, R.
Harry/Tom:
Chasing Harry by
passo, R.
Ginny/Luna:
In Joy by
thistlerose, PG.
Aaaaaaand this one gacked from
linnpuzzle, among others.
This is the problem with LJ: We all think we are so close, and we know nothing about each other. I'm going to rectify it. I want you to ask me something you think you should know about me. Something that should be obvious, but you have no idea about.
Now I have the strangest urge to go read FFVIII fic. I'll go do that while I wait for cramps to go away.

Date: 2004-11-11 08:51 pm (UTC)What kind of food do you hate?
What is your favourite japanese character to write?
Do you have any striped scarves? If so, what colours?

Date: 2004-11-11 09:13 pm (UTC)Favorite character to write? I think hiragana ha, or katakana ne. Not sure why, but I just like those.
And sadly, I have no scarves at all. :p My friend keeps promising to show me how to knit one, but she hasn't started yet... Once I can, I intend to make myself a Gryffindor scarf. :D

Date: 2004-11-11 09:25 pm (UTC)No scarves? That's a crime! While I only have one, and it's solid black, it is warm and trustworthy. And I like to stare at other peoples' pretty striped scarves. Fascinating things. If I could knit, I would SO knit you a scarf with 13 colours, alternating, except for one place where they got mixed up, cause thirteen colours is a lot you know.
I dunno katakana yet (my teacher doesn't like it -_-;;). But ha I was taught to remember along with ho, both are farmers, and ha has lost his ha-t (cause there's no hat on it, ya know?) and ho...cause it's a little hoe...and this might make no sense...but it worked for me... ;D
