Wah. LJ ate my entry. *pokes LJ* Please don't be stupid. You are being paid a lot to work properly, so please do so. Especially when my entry was full of such exciting things as transvestites and provocative dancing and squirtguns and corsets and stuff like that.

No, really.

I just saw the Rocky Horror Picture Show. For the first time ever. I am no longer a Rocky virgin. *snerk* I don't even have the V in red lipstick on my face anymore. :p

And, three hours later, I still have the Time Warp song stuck in my head. Not that I mind, because damn, it's a cool song! Even if I can't tell whether they're saying "dance to the time warp" or "let's do the time warp". But that was such fun to dance to. Just a jump to the left and a step to the riii-iii-iii-iii-ight! *sings very badly*

And hee. The guys walking around in corsets and garters and high heels were a definite plus. Especially when two of them were dancing with each other very provocatively during the costume contest thing. XD

And I need the Rocky soundtrack. There is one, isn't there? There has to be, it's Rocky. And I want it. A lot.

And the movie itself was brilliant. My mom said she only saw it once, and now I am baffled. I must see it again. They should be playing it again July next year, so I will go. And dress up. And have lots of fun, because Rocky is just lots of fun. Maybe next time I'll bring all that stuff that's thrown in specific parts, now that I know roughly what to bring.

Hehe. I somehow escaped ever getting a V on me.

I saw it twice on Broadway, it was *great*, I don't know how it didn't last longer. I saw it with... um... some guy from 90210 as Brad, and Anna Gastayer (from SNL) as Columbia... another time I saw it with Sebastian Bach as Rif Raff (he was... bad, actually). The yelling back and forth was awesome.

I saw a clip of that movie for English a few months ago.

I died.

I sat there the entire time with my face in my hands. I think it was mostly because I had no idea what was going on though, seeing as I've never seen it before.

However, the worst part would have to be when one of the guys presenting donned on a cape and started dancing around the classroom like the transvestite (Frank? Frankie?). That was horrifying beyong words.

Don't know if they did this where you saw it, but when I saw it (only one time...over a year ago...have had no time to see it since...*sob*), they did this:

Brad and Frank N. Furter are in bed and Brad realizes Frank is not Janet. (Ha.) He's going on about, "No, I would never do something like that!", blah blah blah.

Audience: "What about the debate team? What about the debate coach? What about the podium? They never found the podium!"

Ah. Brad/Podium. *giggles*

Oh, I'm terribly jealous! I've only ever seen it on video/DVD. I would love to see it on stage or in the cinema with audience participation, but my parents say I'm too young. Pshaw!

By the way, it's "Let's do the Time Warp again" *nods wisely* And of course there's a soundtrack. (How could there not be?) It's great, and it includes the cut song Once In A While.

Did you take yourself, or did you go with friends? If you did, were you all Virgins?

I went with friends, and all but one of us were Virgins. And we all did the Time Warp and had lots of fun. I am so doing it again.
