I've updated the Remus/Sirius reclist with another twelve fics, giving it a total of 156. You're still free to rec things to me, you know. There's a few more I want to put on there, I think, but I don't feel like hunting the links down right now. *yawn*

Had my first day of work today. Lots of standing around waiting for supervisors to stop being busy and tell me what I'm supposed to do. At one or two points I started getting lightheaded like I would faint, but I'm not sure if that was because I didn't eat breakfast or because I was standing for so long, or for some other reason. But basically all I did was shelve books. And you know, I love working in libraries, but I thought that when the library I worked at two years ago had to let me go because of lack of funding, I wouldn't have to shelve books anymore. Bloody boring job, it is. But I go back on Tuesday, and they should be showing me more interesting stuff. Hopefully, at least.

And dude, are [livejournal.com profile] louve_mae and [livejournal.com profile] eruantale the only ones who see me as a Slytherin? What about my vaulting ambition? :p Though I am a bit surprised that so many people put Ravenclaw...just goes to show that you can't really trust the sorting quizzes, I suppose. With the exception of, I think, two, pretty much every single sorting quiz I've taken said I was Gryffindor, and the remaining two said Hufflepuff (never mind that I'm a lazy ass *g*). Not sure where precisely most of you got Ravenclaw...

Ah well. Back to writing. And then sleeping. And dude, I really should update the list of my own fics here on LJ--the last time was somewhere in April, I think.

And I should stop saying "dude" so much. :p

Look at the Ravenclaw votes as a compliment! Intelligence!

(Although I was split between Ravenclaw & Slytherin, to tell you the truth.)

Meh. I certainly don't feel intelligent--or rather, that it's not my salient characteristic. I know I'm intelligent enough (*snickers* no false modesty here...), but I don't think I have the drive for learning that seems to be the backbone of Ravenclaw. Otherwise I probably wouldn't slack off and let my GPA hover between 3.5 and 3.7 :p.

Well, you've always seemed intelligent to me! :D

What house do YOU think you should be sorted into?

Dunno, really. :p I think I might be Slytherin by default--I'm not studious enough for Ravenclaw, hard-working enough (well, in RL at least *g*) for Hufflepuff, and I don't know about bravery and chivalry...but I do have ambitions, ones that I'm working to achieve, and I like to think that I understand the Slytherins...*shrugs* Dunno. I really think either Slytherin or Gryffindor.

If it makes you feel any better, I was seriously debating between Gryffindor and Ravenclaw for you. I finally went with Ravenclaw due to your amazing grammar skills and the fact that you just seem like a very intelligent person. So blame that, I guess. ^_^

Oh...my mother is a librarian. I feel your book-shelving pain. *shudders at memories*

Hee. I blame the grammatical skills on my English teacher mother. I think I might have absorbed them by osmosis, because they're just sorta instinctual by now (and it makes me feel sorta guilty or something, when I see all these people at FAP saying that they've had fics constantly rejected for grammar, and that it's rare to find someone on the site who hasn't, and the only time I've been rejected, even before I got a beta reader, was because my Schnoogle submission was too short...) And meh, intelligence, yeah. :p Just not my salient quality, really. You'd think a Ravenclaw would care far more about school than I do. *snicker*

Ohhh, the book-shelving pain! But someone has to do it, so why not make the intern? *rolleyes* Ah well, at least I have plenty of practice :p.

I think I mainly put you in Ravenclaw because of the sheer amount of work you manage to take care of in the fandom, and your maturity. Plus, Ravenclaw is my favourite house, so I tend to want my favourite people to be in there, too! ^_^

Hee. I don't have a favorite house, really, as all of them have their merits. I just find it rather amusing that the fewest people put me in Slytherin, though I think I could do fairly well there...

Isn't doing a lot of work more a Hufflepuff thing? :p

Slytherins are so misunderstood. :) I go for the "any means to achieve their ends" and ambition part.

I really have no idea what I'd fit into though. I always go with Slytherin, but I have a suspicion that I have an inner Hufflepuff that I'm trying to supress o_O LOL.
