Save me from Britney Spears songfics. Please. Why do people write that kind of thing? *entirely mystified* Songfics are bad, but Britney Spears songfics are teh ebil. AND SAVE ME FROM THE YELLOW FONT. WHY DO PEOPLE TRY TO SUBMIT STORIES IN YELLOW FONT? *tears out hair*

Second of all, I have discovered that Riddikulus is redeemable! Thank you, green_fairy_, for your utterly enjoyable Ron/Harry fic, which should be up next time someone does the Riddikulus upload. *schnoogles*

Third of all--watch the AT Chapter Owls for "The Annals of Terry Boot". Am coding that now, and it's some funny shit. Bloody hilarious. Once it's up, you people need to read it.

Fourth, AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! That thing that happened with Fandom Wank, that I don't care enough about to know precisely what it is? My twin's practically in love with F_W, but she's at camp until Saturday (or Sunday, don't remember), and so she missed it! Ohhhhh, she'll be disappointed! *cackles*

Fifth, and the reason for Doom...

I'm getting my wisdom teeth out. TOMORROW. My mom reminded me of this at dinner (and she seemed surprised that I knew what Vicodin was *rolleyes*). At TEN AM, meaning I have to be up then! Which means I should not stay up until five am. And which means I may not sleep until two pm. Blast.

*sigh* Goodbye solid foods, for however long it shall be...

But I hope I can actually do stuff. Like online I mean. Because I have a eMentor shift tomorrow, and the amount of fics needing to be dinged/coded is almost overwhelming...*worried*

Wah. *wibbles* I feel the Doom.

The wisdom teeth (or lack thereof) will be fine. I had mine out a while ago (actually when I was your about age) and it was fine. Not fun, but it wasn't bad. Just don't worry about it too much; you should be fine (could I say "fine" any more in this sentence lol) to be online. *hugs* I'll be thinking about you!

Okay, the "when I was about your age" just made me feel REALLY YOUNG *grumble*. I am a bit scared of getting them out, as the only time I've ever had anesthesia I was too young to remember, and dude, the fact that I need Vicodin means that pain will happen, but eh. My mom says she'll make me smoothies so things are better :D.

I had my wisdom teeth out about two months ago, and this is just my experience (please keep in mind that I am a complete wuss when it comes to anything remotely painful). The first couple of hours suck hard, but then you will take a Vicodin and it will become your bestest friend ever. But if you have a lot of things to do, like eMentoring, you might want to hold off...it made me very drowsy and not really capable of holding a coherant conversation. Oh, and remember to ask your doctor what his/her policy is on Vicodin re-fills - mine didn't give me any and it was a very unpleasant surprise. The first day is really the worst...after that it becomes uncomfortable but bearable.

I hope I didn't scare you too much...please remember that I'm the kind of person who cannot stand pain, and that I'm a smoker who couldn't have any cigarettes after the surgery. Anyway, sorry for the rambling and good luck!

It seems everyone is getting their wisdom teeth out this year, and I'm always amazed at the medications... Okay, so I fell on a butcher, but still. He took my four wisdom teeth out in the same sitting, and I didn't have any painkillers for after I was back home. Hurt like a BITCH for about five hours, but by dinner time it had stopped. Didn't hurt at all for the next week, it's just annoying not being able to open your mouth wide. I don't think you'll be able to do your shift tonight though. Since I didn't have medication, I wasn't sleepy, but the pain's really exhausting.

Well I hope everything will have gone fine anyway!! Enjoy the drugs! XD
