Yeah, neither did I. Sarah Jane was one of my favorite companions. Liz Sladen did so much with that character.

Yeah, she was actually pretty young. I was less surprised with Nicholas Courtney (though of course very sad, because the Brig!), but she was only in her early sixties. I didn't even know she was sick.
