rynneI hate getting up early. Well, earlier than I would normally get up. My body always anticipates itself, and I wake up half an hour to an hour before I need to get up, which usually means I get less sleep than I need. On the other hand, I pretty much never need an alarm clock, which is a plus.
My mom's a high school teacher, and the seniors at her school do these presentations at the end of the year, reflecting on their experiences and things they learned and that kind of thing. People from the community come listen and evaluate these presentations, and, after years of listening to my mom talk about it, I decided to volunteer. Which necessitated getting up at 8:15, about two hours earlier than usual. Still, I actually enjoyed it, and will probably do it next year.
In DW news, I am still nervous about tomorrow's episode, and next week's. I am trying to be zen about them, but I think these will make or break my desire to watch S5 and beyond, and I want to like it. I've tried to stay relatively unspoiled about this season (which is different, for me--normally I love spoilers, love knowing what's coming), but for these episodes I've been reading rumors. Some of them give me hope, while others make me want to facepalm. I think I'm going to be reading reaction posts tomorrow before I get the episode, which I don't usually do.
But, now I am going to watch the last two Key to Time serials, and tomorrow I will probably watch the serial after that (uh, Day of the Daleks? *too lazy to check*), and then I will finally meet Romana II, which I've been looking forward to. :D
