In the course of rewatching S3, I have discovered that I understand and like Martha better now. This is what I hoped would happen, so I'm glad. Most of my sympathy is still with the Doctor, and I still think I understand him better, but Martha no longer inspires mild "wtf?". :p

I am registered for the Fall '08 semester at UPS! I'm retaking two classes (Intro to Creative Writing and Intro to English Studies, both of which are requirements for the major), and I'm also taking American Lit and Oceanography. Oceanography! It's for my natural science core requirement, but it looked the most interesting of the classes in that core available. I hope it is. Also, this summer I'll take a class in the UNR summer session. There are three psychology courses I might take, but I've got time to decide, since it's not time to register yet. But yeah, the more credits I have before going back to UPS, the better, even if I'm still not likely to graduate before 2010.

Remix is being stubborn. I am currently stuck at ~400 words, despite knowing exactly what I'm doing with this fic. I will get it done before Saturday, so tomorrow I think I'm just going to sit down and power it out.

Yay for Corinne back at UPS!!! I took oceanography as well (do you have Mike Valentine for the prof?), and it was not the most interesting class - all lecture, lots of note-taking - but I had fun, and there was a nice field trip.

Right now it just says Staff, so I don't know who's teaching it. What kind of stuff did you do in the labs?
