been sleeping all day, and still want to sleep more. if I stay awake, head hurts. haaaate. can't do anything properly, apparently not even capitalize. *sigh*

I don't know if you like coffee or not...but whenever my step-mom or I have a migraine, we make a sooper-strong cup of coffee (like, two heaping tablespoons of coffee for one cup of water, or something ridiculous like that), and down that in one go with two Tylenol and have a nap.

I usually wake up feeling refreshed and invigorated.

Mind you, it's probably not all that great for your system...
