Have finally, finally updated my website. Everything over 500 words that I've posted since April should now be up there, so, um, a bunch of new stuff.

Had to use my old computer to do it, though, since there are several Mac-Windows differences that I'm not sure about. Like all my pages being hand-coded in Notepad, except I don't think Mac OS X has Notepad, and I'm not sure what the equivalent is. Or, basically, what I can use to code my website. Also, need to find an FTP program. Tried Fugu, which a couple people recommended awhile ago, except it requires information for log-on that I don't know. Also tried a few programs I found off the downloads page of the Apple website, but they didn't work.

I really need to figure out how to update my website using a Mac. Keeping my old computer around just for that would be pretty damn inconvenient.

Did you look around at versiontracker.com at all? They have oodles of free/shareware apps (with reviews/ratings) and you can search keyword or category.

Otherwise, aside from what I'd mentioned to you previously, cyberduck is a very good ftp app that also allows sftp like fugu if you ever want to take advatage of that.

SubEthaEdit is a good editor ( http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/18956 ), otherwise, in your applications folder is TextEdit which is the basic plaintext editor that comes with the OS.
