Jul. 4th, 2006 11:40 pmHappy Fourth of July (all twenty minutes left :p) to my fellow Americans. I don't have anything cool for you, since I had to work today and I'm tired, but eh. :)
Since I had to work, I didn't get to see the fireworks, really. They always have the show above the casinos downtown, and though we all went outside when they were supposed to go off, we could barely see them through all the trees and buildings in the way.
People did let off fireworks in the parking lot of our shopping center, though. That was cool. :p
Day off tomorrow, and finally my summer dance class starts. It's been a bloody year since I danced. I'm so glad I'm taking my car back to school with me so I can get to a studio.
...Okay, I'm tired, and I'm going to take that bloody huge spider in my bathroom outside. G'night.
eta: omg, another huge spider, this time on my bed. I don't mind spiders that much (I always take them outside instead of killing them), but why on my bed? *wibbles*
The Ron icon is doubly significant.

Date: 2006-07-05 04:19 pm (UTC)I never kill the spiders either. I always figure it's not their fault they got a little lost.

Date: 2006-07-06 01:00 am (UTC)Spiders! I like them in a 'they keep our food chain going' sort of way, but I don't like them hanging out near me. LOL Good luck keeping them away! They don't like the summer heat anymore than we do, I don't think!
