Nov. 1st, 2008 11:25 pmToday has been a somewhat shippy day. I decided to check out the local Borders and see if there was anything new, but what I actually found was a nice collection of Doctor Who books--including The Stone Rose, which I couldn't find in any store in Reno. So now I have that, hurrah!

heart_of_man and I watched Rise of the Cybermen through The Satan Pit. I love TIP/TSP so much. So much. ♥ There were a few little squees at the mortgage conversation and "Oh, she knows" and "I believe in her". :D
I...have technically signed up for NaNoWriMo, but I don't think I'll be doing much with it. I'd originally decided to just write a fic every day of November rather than trying to get to 50,000 words, but I'm not sure it's going to happen. I haven't done today, and I'm not sure I feel like writing.
I suppose I can still try, though. I've still got half an hour left, and more if I set my clock back right now. I have been wanting to write more often.

ETA: So I wrote something that could probably stand alone but feels more like the first chapter of a short chaptered fic. I'm a bit eh because it's only about 1100 words and normally I like chapters that are much longer, but it still feels complete. And like a chapter. So I think for my fic tomorrow I'll write the second part of this, which will probably be longer.
