BRAD and Michael Moore
Oct. 13th, 2004 11:43 pmFirst of all, I didn't miss Beta Reader Appreciation Day (...BRAD? :p)--at least not according to my clock. So...

allisonblair and
tinitinytina* I think you keep my head on straight sometimes. :D And you're the best. Yay for you!
I watched the debate (WTF, Bush? You don't know if people choose to be gay or not? *snort* So, you think it's possible people would choose to be discriminated against?), or at least most of it, and then I listened to the rest of it in the car. Because I went to go see Michael Moore speak at UNR. Hence why I am posting this so late even though I have to be at UNR again for the bus to Ashland in roughly eight hours.
Anyway. Michael Moore was quite funny, and I liked most of his speech. Some parts I didn't like, like how he kept ragging on Republicans--my grandparents are Republicans, and I don't know if there's anyone in the entire world that I respect more than I do them, even if I'm Democrat.
But Michael Moore showed us a bunch of satirical commercials for the Bush campaign, and my favorite was called "Hair". It went:
Kerry used to have long hair. Now he has short hair. Two words: flip flop.
*g* Very amusing.
Though you know, sometimes I have to feel sorry for Bush. I mean, I don't like his policies or what he's doing or anything, but he's doing what he feels best, and he's getting so much hate, and he's still holding up. However much of an idiot I feel he is sometimes, I have to admire him for that.
Anyway. I need sleep, and I need to pack, and bother. I'll see you all on Saturday!
