Narnia!

Just got back from seeing Narnia. Will maybe review tomorrow with actually spoilery thoughts, but not right now. Right now is for pressing statements and concerns, like:

• Peter and Tumnus are pretty.
  
• Is Peter too young for me? (Probably. Which is sorta sad. People perv on Dan Radcliffe and Rupert Grint and lament that they're too old, and I'm just about a year older than them and don't care, but now...Peter is pretty!)
  
• Does anyone know the ages of the Pevensie kids? (Not their actors, the characters)
  
• I totally saw the Lucy/Tumnus, but the Peter/Susan stuff to me looked mostly brother/sister.
  
• I'm definitely going to write Narnia fanfic (hence the question about ages). But it will probably have to wait until I finish the Princess Bride fic I'm currently working on. Which will likely need a beta soon, btw. If anyone's interested. :p Westley and the Dread Pirate Roberts gen, whee.
  

In other news, the person for whom I wrote my shackinup_sesa fic liked it, so yay! And so did another person, so she's probably not just being nice, so double yay.

Tomorrow I'm totally going shopping. $100 in B&N gift cards, yo. Bookstore bliss, here I come.

As regards to perving on the actor who played Peter, I was terrified of that myself, but it's not too bad. I think the kid's 18 now. He was born in '87, at least, if I remember correctly. (Actually, he's about three months older than me. This comes as a huge relief. ^^)

As regards the ages of the Pevensie kids, I... used to have an apparently accurate timeline somewhere around the house. Now I just have vague memory to go on, but vague memory places them, in descending order, at 12, 11, 9, and 8. I think. This may not be entirely accurate, but it's within a year or two.

If he's three months older than you, then he'd be almost exactly my age, since I'm about three months older than you too. Hurrah! That makes me feel better. :D But speaking of that...HAPPY BIRTHDAY! :)

And thanks for the ages. I can work with those.
