So I went tonight to watch the fireworks with my twin and our friends. Or rather, my twin's friends, as I've drifted apart from them. I guess tonight was sort of an effort to reconnect, before we all go off to college, but we're just not close anymore, and I really felt on the outside. I don't quite regret it, though. I'm glad I'm leaving in another month and a half...I guess I'm just a bit nostalgic, already.

Geez, I really do feel like I'm in limbo. I can't wait until college starts...

*sighs* I definitely feel the same way. Except they were my friends and had been for years, and then school ended, grad came and went, and...out went the friendships. *sighs*

I just thought I should drop you a comment: I've been visiting your R/S-reclist hundreds of times and still haven't left a single comment..sorry for that. Anyways, thank you very much for your time and the work you've done! It's such a lovely thing to leave Real Life behind and escape into the hidden dephts of fandom for an hour or two...

BTW, I know the feeling of nostalgia, I'm moving to another town for college and will probably never meet many of my former class-mates again. I won't miss all of them, definitely not. But it's so scary to leave the life I've been living for 10 years (!!) behind!
