Question: what do you do when you've got lots of fics you want to write, and know that if you start writing them all, you'll not finish any of them? And that if you don't start them soon, you'll delay writing them forever?

So much to write. Including--gasp!--and original idea that won't go away and is sorta about gambling even though I hate gambling...

I write them anyway (all of them). Most pans out around the fifth paragraph or so--where I realize that I don't really like them and they're not worth spending half of your year with. After I've stared at them for a few days and conclude that they're just hopeless, I don't feel guilty anymore. But at least one remains that's worth completing, so that's where I concentrate. :)

The original ones are the plotbunnies that bite the hardest. Don't know what to do with them either. Around 5 are attached to my back right now. Haha!

Prioritize! I've got about twenty I'm suppose to be writing (including your Narnia request fic ^_^ ) and I'm actively working on...oh, about three. Two are due next month, and one's kind of a belated birthday present, so...

Yeah. Prioritize.

And write that original story!

I tend to write them anyway, and then after a few paragraphs I know which ones I like and which ones I don't. From there, I try to prirortize but that never works for me, mostly because I have times where I only want to add to one story, and that's it.

The original ideas are the hardest for me, but they end up being the funnest to write. ^_^
