Exactly one month left until graduation. Why isn't it nooooooooowww?

Does anyone happen to have the songs "Ball of Confusion" (The Temptations), "Blowin' in the Wind" (Bob Dylan), or "People Got to be Free" (The Rascals)? My mom needs them for her history class, and asked me to put them on a CD before, only I couldn't put them on a CD when I got them from iTunes, and downloading them takes so bloody long (and she wants them by Wednesday).

Day after tomorrow is the Government AP test, and then I'm done with AP tests forever. And school, where three-fourths of my classes are AP, will henceforth be known as "naptime". (Except for Stats, as we'll just play cards all day. Though my silly teacher won't let us play poker--he says we're going to gamble. Can't imagine where he got that idea from...:p Though I don't think he forbade us to play blackjack...)

And here's an open letter to my PS2:

Dear PS2,

I know I've had you for a long time. I also know that I use you quite often, as I do love playing video games.

However, that is not an excuse for you to stop working half the time, especially when I put in hardly-used games.

And please remember that a new PS2 would cost more money than I currently have. You're my only choice, PS2. Don't let me down.

Very little love,
Rynne

Very nice letter to your PS2, I say that to mine frequently. Then agian, it's not mine...it's my brother's LOL.

And good luck on your AP test, I know how it feels to go through that, although mine were only English and History. But again, good luck ^_^

I'm lost: I thought you had finished school now, given that you had your prom the other day. Don't you have prom once you've finished school? That's how it is here anyway: prom is to celebrate finishing secondary school, so you have it once you are done.

*is utterly confused by weird american traditions*

Well, I guess prom is to celebrate the end of the senior year...only it happens about a month before the actual end. Never really thought about it before, but I guess it is kinda weird...

I know how you feel. I have always had a PS now a PS2 and recently I invested in a 2nd hand Gamecube simply to play Twin Snakes. and it won't read the disc. and I don't know if its the disc or the cube that's wrong.

argh.

When my PS2 first started acting up, I wasn't sure if it was the PS2 or the discs, as most of my games I've played often enough that it's feasible they'd act up on their own. But lately I've been playing games that have like, no scratches or anything, and the PS2 still won't work, so now I'm thinking it's just the PS2.

Good luck on your last AP test!

I have Bob Dylan's "Blowin' in the Wind", but it's at home and I'm at work. I can send it to you later today, if you haven't found it yet.

Thanks. :)

It's all right--my twin helped me figure out how to put things directly from iTunes onto a CD, so I'm good. Thanks for offering, though.

Blowin' in the Wind by Bob Dylan

I don't have the other two, unfortunately.

Good luck with your last AP test!! *hug* You are so close to being done, and college is such a blast. Hard work most of the time, but I found it so rewarding.

Thank you! And it's all right--Linda helped me figure out how to put songs on a CD from iTunes, so I'm all done.

Thanks. And everyone tells me that AP Gov is the easiest, which is so nice...
