estoy aburrida...
Feb. 22nd, 2005 07:50 pmTen Things I've Done That You Probably Haven't, Plus One You Probably Have
I probably won't get to ten. I don't do that many far-out things. o.O
1. Had eye surgery at five months old to remove a cataract
2. Read the unabridged version of Les Miserables in two days
3. Drunk an entire can of Mountain Dew in roughly ten seconds
4. Been a "tree" for a fully grown boa constrictor
5. Written a college entrance essay about the Harry Potter fandom
6. Told someone I was an "optimistic cynic, or cynical optimist"
7. Had the chicken pox twice
...All right, I can't think of any more.
And one thing you probably have done...
1. Been INCREDIBLY BORED while sick
(You know what's the worst part? Reading makes my headache worse. And being up and about makes my nausea worse. I can't win. Thank God I'm already accepted to my chosen college so I can coast and use up my sick days.)
Anyway, talk to me. I'm on Y!M (though I'll go back to reading when I'm done with this entry), but I like getting LJ comments, even if it takes me forever to answer them. Especially as this very bright screen is doing wonders for making my head pound. *flees to bed*

thistlerose's icons give me an almost undeniable urge to find episodes of Rainbow Brite and My Little Ponies and watch them. *sigh* I loved those shows when I was younger. I want them back. I've got the Rainbow Brite theme song on my iPod. *g*

Date: 2005-02-23 12:59 pm (UTC)Every time I see your Rainbow Brite icons, I get the biggest urge to watch it, especially the movies. And really, if Rainbow Brite (the original) was still on, I'd actually watch TV more often...

Date: 2005-02-23 05:57 am (UTC)Ooh what college are you going to?
And wow i'm so jealous that you wrote your essay about Harry Potter... while I was thinking about what I'm passionate about fandoms DEFINATELY popped up in there... but I'm not involved enough or anything like that to *really* write about it. The essay writing process taught me just how boring I am -_- But anywho. That must have been so much fun. I'm jealous. *pout* lol
