Doesn't it just figure that I get an A in a math class for the first time in five years, and then the very next test I take, I completely fail?

I hate math. A lot. How I managed to do well enough in the math sections of the PSAT to be a national merit finalist I will never understand. I'm better at it than JKR is, but that's about all that can be said for me.

And skgjdlal;kjdg I am annoyed that all the FF games for PSX aren't in stores anymore. My copy of VIII has just about had it (disc three is barely working, and this after I've cleaned it), and I wanted to get a new one, so I spent quite a bit of yesterday going to all these gaming stores and calling others and gah none of them had a copy of FFVIII! It's not even that old and it's part of an extremely popular series and it's popular itself in its own right and now I'm going to have to buy it off the internet and pay shipping and gah.

I need to go to bed now and tomorrow maybe write belated Lupercalia fic and then respond to comments.

*snoozes*

Technically, considering my...background, I'm not supposed to suck at math. I have a grandfather and a dad who both love and are brilliant at math. And then there's me. I hate it. I'm Chinese, and people assume I'm good at it, but I'm not. I'm not pitiful, but I don't have that natural knack many of my friends have. It drives me nuts, but I'm just not as smart.

Besides, what I lack in math I make up for in my passion for the humanities. And my decent writing skills.

But yes. I hate math.

Yeah, it sucks...I think my copy of VII is on its way out at the moment (the ps has been having trouble reading the dics ;_; ) and I'm so worried when it breaks I won't be able to get a new copy. o.O
They sometimes have them in the preowned sections, but then they're likely to not be particularly good versions anyway...
Seems strange they don't make new copies anymore. :/

My PS2 won't read my FFVII discs one or three anymore unless I put in disc two or four first and wait for the game to prompt me to put in the right disc. Same thing for disc two of VII--and that with my newer copy of the game (I have two, as one gave out years ago). *sigh*

I think they're still making new copies, it's just that stores aren't stocking them. Gonna eventually have to get it off the internet...
