prettyveela: she is the assistant of sara, and sara was out of town, and I got the Harry Potter movie for my market and I told her she must read your stuff

prettyveela: she liked it, she's in search of love and though it was wonderful. I showed her Angua's stuff on Emma, and I read her a bit of stealing Harry. Micaela is my age(sara is a bit older) and I asked her to try to get your fic to one of the actors, I don't know why, I just think they should read it

prettyveela: I'm not no big person like THAT, but Micaela and Sara go on the set, so it's not like I can say "RYNNE THIS IS YOUR LIFE!" and have you whisked away with a solo book deal, but you know *embarrassed*

*GLOMPS TO WHOLE FLIST* Thank you all for the birthday wishes, I've had a fabulous day! I was especially amused at the eight people who wished me a happy birthday before it was even the 14th here :D. You all rock, completely and totally. And for those who didn't know, I turned 20 ^_^.
And thenlouve_mae, thistlerose, gehayi, xellas, neatokates, and partly vixenette started writing me a round-robin R/S smutfic over AIM...MMMMMMMMMM. It will eventually appear in louve_mae's journal, as it started out as a birthday drabble for me from her :p and sorta grew. ETA: It can be found here. Read read read! :D

I think you made her respect this wierd thing called "fandom" and for that, we should all be greatful.
Speaking of that, did anyone hear about the little kids doing a Harry Potter play, the teacher sends J.K's people a nice note and stuff just telling them "hey were doing this play and thank you for the wonderful books" etc, And J.K's people ordering them to ceast and assist in doing the play? The poor kids had their costumes and everything. Micaela was telling me about it. :(

Who knows what things could arise from that, but I'm glad that you are getting out there. Perhaps when you write things that fully belong to you, you will find a very surprising high up connection that will aide you in getting out into the market.
