So I finally got my summer school class all sorted. It's Psychology 210, Statistical Methods, and it's been a bit of a hassle, since Psych 101 is a prereq. I've taken Psych 101, but at UPS, and UNR just kept ignoring my efforts to get in touch with them (calls and emails) and find out what I needed to do to get them to recognize that yeah, I did take the prereq. Finally I just went up to campus, asked in person, and managed to get everything sorted.

Unfortunately, I still do not have things all sorted at UPS. I've spent several weeks calling the residential life office to get my housing for next year figured out, and I've emailed various people. Yesterday I finally got an email back from the person I need to talk to, but she told me to call her and get things sorted, and it was around 6:30 when I checked my email, so I figured I'd wait till today to call. But when I did, I got a message saying that she's out of her office until Tuesday, something she didn't mention in the email. So useful. /sarcasm

At least I finally got my grades for last semester, and I got As in both classes. I expected that, but it's always nice to see. :)

There is no Doctor Who tomorrow. This is depressing. I might try to catch Eurovision, to see what all the fuss is about, but I'm not sure we get it. I'll have to see.

At the risk of sounding like a wee bit of a dork, yay for statistical methods! I know nothing about psychology, but I like stats! ;-)

Heh. I actually like stats too, and I'm very much not a math person. In high school, when most people were going into trig after algebra, I went into stats, and actually did pretty well. I'm sure this class is more psychology than math, since Psych 101 is a prereq and Intro to Stats isn't, but since I like both stats and psych, I'm looking forward to it. :)

Congratulations on the As!

I'm pretty bummed too about there being no Dr Who this week. How dare they!! Oh, and give Eurovision a miss it's absolutely DREADFUL every year!!
