What is your alias? Rynne
How did you choose it? It comes from my real name, Corinne. Years ago, one of my friends and I were talking about nicknames, and she said she was going to call me Rynne, which is just an oddly spelled version of the second syllable of my name. She never did, but when I started really getting into fandom three or four years ago, it was the first thing I thought of for a penname, and I still like it.
What fandoms do you write for currently? Star Wars, Kingdom Hearts, Chronicles of Narnia, some miscellaneous others. And I do want to write more Harry Potter...
What fandoms have you written for in the past? Harry Potter, Good Omens, Rurouni Kenshin, Final Fantasy VII
What fics are you currently working on? Burnt by the Sun, an epic Star Wars AU. A Kingdom Hearts AU novella. Various one-shots in Star Wars, Kingdom Hearts, Narnia, and Final Fantasy IX.And I'm not going to work on Mal/Kaylee fic for Firefly until I finish watching the show, honest. *hides document*
What is your deepest darkest fic-writing secret? Um, I'm pretty open about my fic-writing. I used to write godawful cliche slash, but thankfully I grew out of it before I wrote more than a couple fics with such bad characterization. Once upon a time, I didn't know how to properly punctuate dialogue, but I think it's fairly obvious that I've learned better since then. Um. *shrugs*
Do you have any quirks/habits in your writing? I use dashes a lot. XD Also, here is my "You Know You're Reading a Fic by Rynne When" lists when that meme went around several months ago--that lists quirks.
Do you have an OTP? I have OTPs for each specific fandom, but no real One True Pairing that I love above all other fandom OTPs. In Harry Potter, there's still Remus/Sirius; in Star Wars, Luke/Mara; Kingdom Hearts jointly has Axel/Roxas and Riku/Sora, and Final Fantasy VII jointly has Cloud/Sephiroth and Yuffie/Vincent. In most other fandoms, my OTP is the main canon couple, like Kenshin/Kaoru for Rurouni Kenshin, or Zidane/Dagger for Final Fantasy IX. Note that I love both the het and the slash. :D
