Okay, when did Only Time get a 'pop' on my Schnoogle page? ('Pop' is short for popular, btw.) O_O And I only noticed tonight because I just saw a quote from chapter eight at the top of the Park, which is, again, O_O. Why the hell do so many people like this fic, anyway?

I really need to finish it, though. I would be wondering if it's all right that my planned climax and ending is really cliched and unbelievable...but this is a time travel fic that I started when I was fifteen, and the whole thing is unbelievable.

I so wish I didn't have a bunch of school crap to do right now, as I think I could even work on chapter nineteen right now. Maybe tomorrow, if I'm still in the mood. Sigh. Stupid take-home Stats tests taking priority.

SIXTY MORE DAYS UNTIL I GRADUATE YES.

Twenty-three days until my first AP test this year. Eeeep!

Okay, time to kill my brain with math...

If you find out how you get a "pop" rating--please tell me. I've got one story at Fiction Alley that's languishing with only forty-five hits. It's SAD.

There is nothing more evil than statistics. NOTHING.

Yay! Also, 1+1=5.

Math 11 = 50.9%

Is that Pro Bono Publico? I liked what you've posted of it. :)

I think the key to getting the pop, at least in my case, is to have a story full of cliches that you haven't updated in over a year. Then people want to know if it actually gets any better, and morbid curiousity keeps them coming back to see if it's been updated.

Well, I think it's actually fairly interesting, except that I'm bad at it. I just hate math in general, and I figured it was better than taking trig/calculus.

No, Pro Bono Publico's got 522 hits. Memory, Awake is the one languishing at forty-six. Of course, Pro Bono Publico has been up a lot longer.

If I wrote romances, or if I favoured more popular characters than Peter and Regulus, I'd probably be more popular. Not a better writer, necessarily, but more popular.
