Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead
Mar. 9th, 2005 08:57 pmFandom, and the people in it, infect everything I do.
So a couple months ago in English we read Hamlet, blah blah blah. I never actually finished it, as even though I like Shakespeare, Hamlet was...gah.
Anyway. Today in class we started watching Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead.
First thought:
anniesj likes this movie! I'd better forget the nap and watch it.
Second thought: Where's the scene that
lykaios's icon is from, where Gary Oldman drops things?
Third thought: ...Dude, this is really funny.
musesfool was right--fandom is like the mafia. Once you're in it, there's no escaping.

Date: 2005-03-09 09:55 pm (UTC)I had a similar fandom-type related experience in school... I was in chemistry class, they were going over the same easy thing over and over and over... my mind drifted to Queer as Folk (my current obsession)... and suddenly I was writing. The product was my first drabble! lol. Gotta love fandom :)
