rynne | Shakespeare Festival and some other stuff (Reply)

Well, I survived the hike, though I have a nice new set of broken blisters on my heels. Good thing I don't have to go anywhere for a couple days, so I can wait for them to heal a bit before putting shoes and socks on again.

I am tired, so smut is momentarily stalled. Though I frankly probably shouldn't be writing it, as it has nothing to do with my FQF or anything else I have a deadline for. But smut is just...mmm. But am tired, and I got nearly twelve hours of sleep last night. Damn zero period.

Question: is anyone going to Ashland for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival this October? I go there every year, and this year I will be there October 14th, 15th, and 16th. Plays I am seeing are The Comedy of Errors, The Importance of Being Ernest (no, not Shakespeare, but the Festival has plays other than Shakespeare. And what does it say about me that I want to see that play partly because it's Oscar Wilde and partly because "The Importance of Being Serious" was based off it? *g*), and one more that I can't remember.

Lots of shopping will also be done, and I can FINALLY HAVE PEAR ICE CREAM AGAIN OMG. Ashland is the only place I have ever come across pear ice cream, and it's soooooo good. I am tempted to bring a cooler and buy a quart or so of it to bring back with me and SHARE THE JOY OF THE PEAR ICE CREAM.

I need some sort of Shakespeare icon. Bother my lack of 1337 icon-making skillz.
