Hallowe'en Challenge
Aug. 22nd, 2004 09:35 pmVery random, and probably another thing I should not be doing, considering how much I already have to write, but...
Anyone interested in writing a Hallowe'en Challenge? Deadline would, of course, be October 31st, and rules very simple--just write a fic centered around Hallowe'en. I'm most familiar with HP, but any fandom's all right, I suppose.
So basic rules would be, I think:
*Pick a fandom and a scenario--scenario must be on Hallowe'en. Using HP for examples, it can be anything from Hallowe'en 1981 and its events to Quirrell's point of view when he let the troll into the dungeons to something completely original (meaning random canon characters and a random Hallowe'en), as long as it's on Hallowe'en.
*Deadline is October 31st, and I think it would be best if everyone waits to post until then.
*If the idea meets with enough approval (maybe ten people commenting and saying they're interested?), then I'll make a community for it and tell
daily_snitch and
quickquote about it. But I would like to know if people would want to before I start it.
Go ahead and ask any questions if you have any; this is just the basic idea.
So...any takers? :)
