P.O.S.S and more
May. 2nd, 2004 09:21 pmMy computer has P.O.S.S.
What is P.O.S.S., you ask?
Piece Of Shit Syndrome.
So, I did coder/dinger training with Plumeria this morning. Three hour long training session, and guess how many times my computer froze?
Five.
Twice just ordinarily, and three times when I was trying to open a document in order to code it.
Thank you, computer. You absolutely suck. Good thing Plu was so patient with me and the stupidity. I finally had to go on my roommate's computer to get the coding done--at least computer didn't act up during the dinging part. Hopefully my computer actually decides to let me install those things
gehayi pointed out for me to download...
But, no thanks to laptop, I am now a fully functional member of the fic intake team :D.
And sigh. Yesterday I did another shift for eMentors, which I'd spontaneously taken on when Anya asked for volunteers, which brings the total up to seven for the second month in a row. What with consistently doing more than twice the amount of required shifts and being a coder, I think that settles it. I'm giving up my life to FictionAlley.
Anyway, the smutlet I wrote today for
pervy_werewolf is called Contrast. Remus/Harry with past Remus/James, for those of you interested in that. And I'm almost done with the one for tomorrow...:D
