Sorry I disappeared for a bit. I got some books I've never read before from the library, which will pretty much always hold my attention until I finish them. :p I am finally getting around to answering all my backlog of comments, though.

I'm watching The Two Doctors right now. Currently I'm amused at Six's confusion with pronouns. Also the plot is revolving around the Doctor's relationship with the TARDIS, described as symbiotic, which is cool. And I'm still fond of Two/Jamie. *g*

OMG Two just said "Oh, crumbs." OH CRUMBS. I am so going to incorporate this into my vocabulary! I am so totally in love with the Doctor's idiosyncrasies, no matter what they are. Including Six's clothes. :p

Though I have spent the past several days reading new books, I also haven't posted because I haven't had much to say. So... goodnight. XD

ETA: Six: When you travel around as much as I do, it's almost inevitable that you run into yourself at some point.

Good justification for more multi-Doctor fics, y/y? That's one of my favorite genres, and I am always on the lookout for good multi-Doctor stories.

Two/Jamie and Three/Jo are the two pre-Rose 'ships that I find believable. With Three/Jo definitely remaining unconsummated, though I'm uncertain about whether Two/Jamie stayed UST or ever became resolved.

I can see Two/Jamie going either way. Three/Jo I saw as more parental, but most of that impression is based on The Green Death, since I haven't seen that many serials of them. I can see Four/Romana as being friends with benefits, but that's about it for the pre-Rose ships.

I tried to see Four/Romana (because I watched "City of Death" when I'd only seen a couple of new series episodes and before I was even really a Doctor/Rose 'shipper) and they came across as good friends. Sort of a Ten/Donna vibe.

I mean, apparently the actors were hot for each other, but I could not see it in the acting (in the totally out-of-character commercial that's up on youtube, yes, totally. in any of the episodes of the show... they just didn't spark like that for me).

I think that any potential Three/Jo was hampered by Three's general paternalism. Seriously, I bet the Doctor had major league Jo flashbacks when Rose said that Jack was like him but with 'dating and dancing'. There were feelings, but the Doctor couldn't go there.

I really only saw Four/Romana because Romana is the only non-Rose person I've noticed him hold hands with casually, and they did seem to keep trying to go on dates like Ten and Rose did. I could really see it either way, though.

Hmmm. I could see Three having some feelings for Jo and deciding to channel them into something more "appropriate" (he thinks), like being paternal. But yeah, like you said, definitely unconsummated.

WHEEEEE, I want to see this now, if for nothing else than the Doctor/TARDIS relationship. That's always been fascinating to me.

Hee… I love multi-Doctor stories. *Already has plans for Fourteen-Rose-Ten-Nine fic in her universe, although is aware that this is pushing it somewhat*

The Two Doctors is the only one I've not yet seen, actually.

Oh, CRUMBS. I love that expression. I need to say it more.

Well, it's less specifically about the Doctor/TARDIS relationship than how Time Lords travel through time, which includes the symbiotic relationship. But I think it's worth it for the explanation, as well as the multi-Doctor thing. :D

That's more than good enough for me. Now that I'm so damn invested in the character, I'd love to know more about how the Whoniverse works....

I WOULD SO READ THAT. That would...practically make me explode with glee. XD

I've now seen all the multi-Doctor serials, and I so want more! I wish I was better with real plots, so I could write one (or more) myself that is more than Doctors meeting just for the sake of meeting. :p Oh, crumbs! XD

XD I just need to persuade myself to write it.

And come up with a decent plot, since currently the vague idea in my head solely concentrates on the fact that there are LOTS OF THEM, and not one how or why.
